A non-refundable $250.00 "lock-in" fee will be collected at time of rate lock-in.   A lock "freezes" the interest rate and points that will apply to your mortgage.  If you fail to "lock-in", your loan rate will be subject to rates and points at the time we draw your loan documents and the rate and/or points may be either higher or lower than those in effect at the time you submitted your loan application.

SPECIAL PROMOTION

Lock-in fee will be waived for loan balances above $417,000.00.
